Please accept this invitation to our annual meeting to be held February 24, 2024 at Delaware Bible Church located at 45 Belle Ave Delaware, Ohio 43015. Please fill out the attached form, which must be completed and returned with your registration fee to our above address no later than January 31, 2024. Paying by credit card or PayPal is also available by going to www.OHTEIA.org and clicking on banquet information.
We will be electing/reelecting Directors from district # 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for a three-year term. If you know of someone who you feel is qualified (or you wish to run) please prepare to nominate that person.
We will conduct a silent action as in the past. Please bring items and remember that your donated item is tax deductible. If you would like a ticket for the gun-of-the-year raffle (TriStar Bristle Double Barrel Side by Side 28 Gauge ), please enclose an additional $20. **Cannot be on PayPal.** No ticket will be sent. Please make checks out to OHTEIA and send to the address at the top of the page.
