The annual banquet is a great opportunity to interact with your fellow instructors, DOW personnel, and the guest speaker.
The tentative scheduled agenda for the meeting is:
9:00 – 9:30 Sign In & Welcome
9:30 – 10:00 Pledge, Status of the Association, Introduction officers
10:00 - 11:30 Keynote Speaker and Dignitaries - Jim Abrams
11:30 - 12:00 District Caucuses and Officer Elections
11:30 - Silent Auction #1 Closes
12:00 – 1:00 Dinner (City BBQ)
12:00 - Auction #2 closes
1:00 - Auction #2 Closes
1:00 – 1:30 Raffles (Gun of the year, drawings, final auction results)
1:30 – 2:00 Directors Meeting & Election of Executive Officers
